Welcome to Nirvana

When boredom strikes in Aberdeen, the best thing you can do is put some Nirvana on the radio, stop by the nearest 7-11, and hit the road.

I made my way to Riverfront Park, which holds a memorial to Kurt Cobain. This park created some conflict in the Aberdeen community, because the community didn't want to glorify Cobain's drug use and suicide. Perhaps intentionally, the park is very difficult to find. I had to go through several google searches to find it. Once I figured out the park's general vicinity, I drove past it twice before I acutally saw it, nestled next to a brigde along the stinking waters of the Wishkah River.
